Bespoke Training Programmes
We work in collaboration with you to design a training programme specifically to fit your requirements. We begin by arranging a scoping meeting to involve all key participants in the design of the activity. This approach enables everyone to feel fully engaged and encourages them to take responsibility for their personal development.
The programme can be designed to fit your budget and time constraints ranging from a one-day introduction to an in-depth modular programme. The programme can be initially run with a core team who could then co-facilitating delivery of the programme with us to cascade it to other teams within the organisation.
