Developing Excellence in Chairing Meetings
Chairing successful meetings is a skill that most councillors need to develop during their political career. This workshop will help both new and experienced Chairs, Vice-Chairs, Leaders and other councillors engaged in chairing different types of meetings to share their experience and develop their skills in order to be able to achieve effective outcomes.

- develop a better understanding and appreciation of the different roles, perspectives, level of commitment and responsibilities that participants bring to a meeting
