Line Manager Coaching
Line Managers often have to provide leadership to individuals and teams during periods when performance is affected by someone with a physical or mental health issue.
These situations can present managers with specific practical and emotional challenges which can be incredibly challenging. The person affected by the health issue may be a team member, their own line manager or a member of their peer group. The health issue could be:
- stress
- diagnosis of a serious illness
- return to work after illness
- medical procedures
- bereavement
- suicide
- alcohol and drug abuse
