Jean is an organisational consultant and coach with in-depth experience of - and passion for - coaching individuals who are affected by stress, burn-out or disability, or who are making a career transition. She has also designed and delivered much training to organisations on leadership development and health management within the context of the law and good practice.

For eight years Jean was a Trustee of Vocational Rehabilitation Association and she has taught part-time at various universities. She has published extensively on the practical implications of the Disability Discrimination Act (now superseded by the Equality Act) and other matters to do with rehabilitation and recruitment. In the role of expert witness in the field of employment and loss of earnings, Jean regularly prepares reports for use in the courts and tribunals.

Jean is Principal of Kennetbridge Employment Specialists, founder of RehabWindow and editor of the associated e-newsletter, RehabReview. Jean has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, a Diploma in Personnel Management, and professional qualifications in counselling, training, supervision, discrimination law and psychometric testing. She is a member of the Institute of Careers Guidance and the Association for Coaching and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
