Consultant
Jean is a consultant and coach with experience of working at a senior strategic level, reporting to the Board, and overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of professionals offering innovative return-to-work and rehabilitation services to insurers and employers, including stress coaching, line manager job retention training and career management. She is a Trustee of Vocational Rehabilitation Association and teaches part time at various universities. She has published extensively and is on the Editorial Board of Careers Guidance Today.
In the role of expert witness in the field of employment and vocational rehabilitation, Jean regularly prepares reports for use in the courts and tribunals. She is a trained counsellor, supervisor and psychometric tester and works with individuals, groups and organisations on career transition issues. She has a particular interest in disability and health, and their effect on perceptions of career success.
Her previous roles include Principal of Kennetbridge Employment Specialists, founder and Managing Director of Rehabwindow Limited, and Managing Partner of Charterhouse Partnership, the disability and rehabilitation consultancy. Jean has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, a Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
