Dr Linda Hoyle BSc (Hons), CPsychol

Linda is a chartered organisational psychologist with a PhD in understanding resistance to organisational change. She is the founder of Workplace Potential Ltd and leads an exceptional, professionally trained team of associates. Linda is a highly skilled consultant and trainer with extensive experience of leadership development. She specialises in supporting leaders to turnaround organisations to meet business objectives and develop the talent and potential of employees. She has a track record in building sustainable leadership capabilities with organisations in the UK and internationally in global manufacturing, pharmaceutical and IT companies, with leaders in schools and colleges, the health sector and elected members in local government.
Previously she was a Principal Consultant and Director of Development Programmes at the Tavistock Consultancy Service and led programmes in executive coaching, advanced consultative skills, group facilitation skills, and managing continuous change. Prior to that she was a change management consultant with PriceWatehouse Coopers and worked extensively in the Cabinet Office. She has lectured at masters and doctoral level in organisational psychology and consultative skills at UCL, University of Oxford, Hertfordshire University, and Tavistock Centre.
Linda is a published author and speaker at national and international conferences on the leadership of change and political leadership. She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
