On-line Questionnaires

We frequently use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) in one-to-one coaching and team workshops. Both of these questionnaires are available through our on-line facility, which ensures quick and time efficient administration.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) This on-line questionnaire helps individuals and teams to identify their personality preferences. It measures your preferences of how you make decisions, how you take in information, where you focus your energy and how much structure and control you like to have. We find this a powerful, non judgemental instrument because it does not focus on measuring how good or bad people are at doing things. Rather it helps individuals and teams identify how other people have different perspectives, which can at times lead to tensions. By understanding and valuing difference the MBTI helps teams work more effectively together and enhances individual leadership capabilities.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) This on-line questionnaire helps individuals and teams to discover the ways they handle conflict, i.e. their conflict styles. We all use a range of conflict styles based on our skills and on the demands of the situation at hand. By understanding and expanding these styles, we can improve the way we accomplish goals individually and within work groups. The questionnaire measures your preferences for using the five basic conflict-handling modes. By learning how and when it is appropriate to use each mode, individuals can expand self awareness, develop an awareness of others, assess conflict situations and learn and apply new skills.
