Sheila is a highly qualified executive coach and organisational consultant. Her coaching and consultancy work has involved supporting senior executives to meet both organisational and individual performance targets through executive coaching and a wide range of change management work. Sheila has an MA in Public Services Management, an MA in Education, IPD Licentiate, PGCE, Tavistock Certificate in Advanced Process Consultancy, and has completed the Tavistock Certificate in Executive Coaching.
Sheila has over twenty year’s experience of working in the education sector which includes twelve years at executive management and 6 years as an educational consultant. She is also an executive coach with Principals of Further Education Colleges for the Centre for Excellence in Leadership Principals Qualifying Programme. Sheila has experience of project management, interim management, feasibility and evaluation studies with follow-up implementation.
