Team Development

We work in collaboration with you to design a team development activity specifically to fit your requirements. We begin by arranging a scoping meeting to involve all participants in the design of the activity. This approach enables everyone to feel fully engaged and encourages them to take responsibility for their personal development.

Examples of workshops we have designed and delivered are provided below.

Team development workshop – the team work together to understand the different personality preferences and styles within the team. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is used to identify the team profile and to enhance effective team working. We can also facilitate a group discussion to enable the team to re

solve a particular issue, for example strategy development, decision making or conflict resolution

Stress management workshop - using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to understand your personality profiles, what triggers you into a stressed state, how you behave when stressed and to develop strategies for managing stress as a team

Change management workshop - using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) questionnaires to understand your personality profile, how different people respond during change and to develop strategies for managing change

Team observation and feedback – we could observe your team under normal working conditions and then facilitate a team feedback session to understand how the team could work together more effectively
